Does this thing really push 640 cfm's? that seems extremely high for that style fan.

It seems that every seller, of this style of fan, lie through their teeth about the cfms, and can't seem to get their numbers straight. Also, the 4 and 5 star reviews look more like paid reviewers, than people who actually use the fans. They are built cheap, and usually last from a couple of weeks, to at most, a couple of years. Which honestly, for a 21 dollar fan, you can't complain. I'd recommend either going by the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations or ask a mechanic for a recommendation.

Can this be used with a fan speed controller? (Will it run on a range of 5-12v?)

Yes fan speed controller works great. You can even reverse it.

How much does its CFM drop if it's installed to push air?

no cfm drop ,just turn over fan blade

What are the measurements of the shroud?

Don't know, I returned it because it only pushes air in one direction. The blades weren't straight cut, they were pitched.

Excelentísimo y muy fuerte

Puede empujar o jalar aire dependiendo como lo conectes, ten cuidado de apuntarlo bien. Prende durísimo, se fija con los cinchos q incluye, lo debes poner junto al radiador normal y atravesarlos con dichos cinchos. Queda muy firme y si se reporta más frío en carro y se enfría más rápido tambien.
