In the "frequently bought together" Amazon shows customers buying the bike stand and a front wheel block. Doesn't the bike come with a block?

The bike trainer stand comes with a front wheel block. No need to purchase extra block.

Is it noiseless? why I buy one and it turns out that it is very noisy and I do not use it

Hi, it is very quiet, you can read with no interruptions, watch a movie or TV. You can barely hear the hum of the back wheel when I ride mine at 5:00 am., when everyone else is sleeping. It is a great buy extremely quiet. I've had mine a couple of years, I love it. I find no faults with anything. I hope this helps you. Thanks

Does it come with the Front wheel riser block?

It's a tiny oval-shaped riser piece that you can see in the trainer's pictures.

Will this work with a Santa Cruz tallboy? 29 inch wheels...

Sorry I am afraid it will NOT work for your bike.Thanks.The Indoor Bike Trainer Stand fits any road or mountain bike with a 26-28" or 700c wheel.
