How many kids can play with this keyboard piano together at the same time?

I used this in my preschool class of rowdy 3's and 4 year olds. Not only did it not break but three kids played it at the same time. They loved it. I love that there is a volume control button!

Does this mat fold easily to into a manageable size?

Yes. Once batteries are added you have a single object that folds easily to fit into the box it comes in. Ideal!

What's the maximum weight the keyboard play mat can accommodate for an adult?

Are you asking about 1 adult or multiple adults? It can hold someone over 250+ lbs, but definitely inquire with company if possible.
