Absolutely awesome book. Just beautiful illustrations. You can use them in all types of artwork. Definitely give it a try. I am absolutely happy I bought it.

After looking through this book for the first time, I actually said out loud, “Wow, what a great book.” It is an invaluable resource for artists and helps you understand the structure of many plants, because of the beautiful line work. It is much larger and more comprehensive than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it.

I didn't realize how thick this book is, it's fantastic! A beautiful and varied collection. The pages are two-sided, so you won't be able to copy with a light board, but tracing paper and a pencil will work. Of course, you dont have to copy, it is also a great source of inspiration.

Cannot recommend this book enough for anyone interested in amazing detailed plant images. The detail for each and every image is absolutely mesmerizing in comparison to many others on the market. Purchased several and this one is by far worth every penny and then some. Highly recommend.

this book has great Illustrations, the only thing I didn't like is that the names of the plants were not on the same page but in the back in a separate section. That said each image is numbered and one could find the name of the plant on the list in the back, but i didn't like having to flip back an forth to figure out which plant is what. The plants are also listed with their botanical names, and only occasionally with their common names. which I find challenging.

This book is definitely a MUST have if you are an artist or love art. The drawings are in fine detail and you can learn a lot from these illustrations. I am a fine arts student in college and I have never seen drawings this fine in details. The book is a masterpiece. I would expect a book like this to cost eight times the price. I say buy it, worth it.

Just as advertised this book has a huge variety of plants to work with. We will be using this book for tattoo reference and it is perfect for this purpose. The images could be used pretty much as is for blackwork. The only critique I have is the paper isn't the highest quality. I wouldn't recommend it for a "high traffic" library. There are two artists in our household so this won't be the case for us. The paper quality is the same for any paperback book you will buy on Amazon, the prices are GREAT but the paper is a little easier to tear. It's a trade off I can easily live with. Great buy for a quieter library.

Gorgeous large illustrations, neatly organized by categories. LOVE how every item is conveniently identified in the index (maybe a handful of the 2400 are labeled unidentified)--very easy to look up the item in the index, it's organized by page and each illustration is assigned a number. I also love how there's extra sections for plant related stuff like ornate pots, green houses, and plants as frames like borders. Overall, excellent purchase.

Excelente livro para ilustradores, tatuadores ou, como eu: apreciadores. Não testei o scanner para saber se as imagens "vazam".
