## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these lights need additional trim ?**
A: Dear customer,
Our lights do not need additional trim, the maximum diameter of this lamp is 7.3 inches, and the 6-inch opening can be completely covered.

**Q: can i put these on an on off switch**
A: Dear customer.
Our lights are placed under the same switch about 10-15.

**Q: Do they come individually wrapped in the box or just thrown all together so they get scratched?**
A: Dear customer, each of our lights is individually packaged in a transparent plastic bag, which can play a good role in protecting the product from being scratched during transportation

**Q: Anyone know why they flicker? Had some retrofit lights from another brand that did not flicker. These only flicker when fully lit, not when dimmed**
A: The manual says:
*The wire falls off/loosens/breaks
*Incompatible dimmer
* Not setting the dimmer right
*Too many lights connected to one dimmer
*High-Power electrical appliances on the same circuit
*Voltage is low
*Loose connection between the E26 adaptor and light base
Hope this helps
