Great size and health item

Initially the pain seemed impossible! What in the heck did I get myself into! I gave myself a month to see for myself if these would help. So, I gradually started out wearing them for ten seconds, then twenty and so on. Now I have graduated to wearing them 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes bed bed. I noticed: 1. I feel more relaxed 2. A hard lump under my foot has shrunken down a LOT 3. I feel a bit better overall 4. Other parts of me seem to be more alert and awakening I definitely feel a difference and I feel like they are working and worth the purchase.

The pegs pop off constantly! These are VERY uncomfortable! I have yet to feel any therapeutic relief from the use of the shoes. Unfortunately I missed the return window due to giving the trial period more time before determining the shoes just aren’t as advertised!🤨

These flip flops look awful...that said, they hurt like fire when I first started using them. I have Neuropathy in my feet so I expected some pain. Took an a week and though the pain is still there. Not nearly as bad. By the 3rd week. I was sleeping through the night with .NO FOOT PAIN. They are well worth the odd feeling. Its nice to wear normal shoes without wanting to cry. These are ugly. BUT THEY DO WORK!!

I used to use it two or three times per day for 5 minutes, which gave benefit, even though it’s quite uncomfortable To walk shortly with it, unfortunately the little raised keys comes out often more and more until becomes useless! So it needs improvement in its manufacturing! I do not fully recommend.
