This suitcase still looks like new after many uses. There are many things to like about this case. The outside of the case is durable and has a nice finish to it. The handle to pull the case pops up freely and closes without effort. The wheels make this case glide across the floor. The case expands giving you plenty of capacity for a week of travel. The TSA locks are nice to keep your goods secured. I bought this as a Like New at a discount and it looked perfect on arrival.

Great size, love the extension zipper, looks beautiful, moves easily any direction with no weight bearing!

Bought this in 2020 and it has traveled everywhere, almost nonstop. It finally died. But it had a good life

Stylish, roomy, lightweight AND affordable. Good value. Testing durability on trip to Europe - so far, it's holding up beautifully.

I've had this suitcase for almost exactly 3 years. Traveling approximately 4x per month during that time its held up pretty darn well considering the price point. It has suffered two cracks in the top corners of the outer shell but in spite of those cracks it has not really failed (i've not had my crap strewn about the conveyor yet). Only after recent crack #2 (I patched the first one with some black duct tape and drove on) have I begun to consider replacing it and i'm not sure that paying twice as much for a fancier case is going to get me twice the longevity this one has had.

Bought 2 of these to replace larger similar suitcases of a different manufacturer. One the very first leg of our trip, I picked up the luggage off the baggage carousel and there was a one inch gash in the side. Read the product warranty which specifically states that it does not warranty the product from carrier damage... So, if the warranty does not cover any damage due to use of the product, it really isn't much of a warranty. I'm going to continue to use the luggage for a little while longer just because it's new, but I will be looking to upgrade to a Victorinox or higher quality luggage. I would not buy this again. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

After using the large size from this collection for five years, the luggage still is holding up in great shape from all the trips I took. Thus, bought the medium size bag and love the light weight, durability and functionality of it as I took it on one trip so far and hope it keeps up for many more to come.

Bought this suitcase for a 2 week trip to Portugal and Spain. I’ve just come back and can confidently say I’m happy with my purchase. I had no trouble rolling the suitcase over cobblestones, hills, uneven surfaces and curbs. The top and side handle were key in moving the suitcase up and down stairs, into luggage shelves on trains, onto buses etc. I left the plastic liner on and it protected it tremendously from scratches and dents. The expandle zipper was key towards the end of trip to give me some more space for souvenirs and clothing I bought. It’s the perfect size if you need more room than a carry on but not a large suitcase. My friend took a large one and I was relieved I bought this one, as it was much harder for her to do eveything with it. This is only the first trip with this suitcase, will update after a few trips to see how well it holds up. But for now, no complaints!

Just got back from a 2 week trip to Spain, this suitcase was plenty big enough for 2+ weeks of travel. Wheels are good on smooth surfaces, not so much but not horrible on uneven pavement or cobblestones. I left the plastic wrap that it came shipped with, didn't notice and damage or scratches, but time will tell. 4.5/5 stars

I bought the 24” & 28”. Sturdy and nice design. Reasonably priced.

Sent it back. Quite flimsy.
