Which devices support wireless charging with this power bank?

Compatible with iPhone 12 / 13/ 14 / 15 / 16 series (except iPhone 12 mini / 13 mini / 16e), AirPods 4 / 3 / Pro 2 / Pro, and MagSafe-compatible phone cases.

Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?

The capacity reduction during charging is due to a 30% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion circuitry. Therefore, a fully charged Anker 633MagGo Battery (PowerCore 10K) offers an estimated 5,500mAh to 6,500mAh to power devices.

How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?

To estimate charging cycles, use these formula (Power Bank Capacity × 0.55) ÷ Device Battery Capacity ≈ Number of Charges. For instance, charging a 3,000mAh device using a 10,000mAh power bank would offer approximately 2.16 charges.

Why does charging stop at 80%?

Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

Why is my phone charging slower than expected?

Wireless charging speed can be affected by your phone case, device temperature, and usage during charging. For best results, remove the case and avoid heavy use while charging.
