This dress arrived JUST in time for me to attend a wedding and I got sooooo many compliments on it. It was so easy to put on. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the luxury of time to return for a smaller size but it still hugged my curves and was very flattering on me. I am 5’4’ and the heels that I had on were not quite high enough to keep it off the ground. The material is very good and if I had more time I probably could have done a better job of steaming out the wrinkles at the bottom of the dress. The dress has a slight train at the back and gives a nice look to it. I will definitely be ordering a couple in different colors. I got a large, but I could have gotten away easily with a medium. I had on shorts underneath because I was rushing but it still was nice. It was pretty loose on my shoulders and on my back and it was slightly bigger on my waist. I would advise wearing at least a 4-5 inch heel. It’s a long dress. If you are taller than 5’5” it may be perfect for you length-wise. It’s a beautiful dress and I love it but may have it taken in a few places.

Love this dress! I had been searching for a wedding dress for months and months! After trying on many dresses and just not liking the styles over and over again, I was about to give up! I got this dress and when I tried it on I was so happy!!! I’m not super small not big, but I have my flaws and wanted to hide my arms and back and tummy of course being in a wedding dress. This hides those flaws! Even the tummy! The way the dress falls on the front and back hides those flaws!! I needed to zazz it up some to make it look more like a wedding dress, so I took it to an alterations place and they are going to add a lace/pearl detail to the front waist part and add a lace detail to the train and have it hemmed. It’s a small train on the back but it’s perfect! The only part I didn’t have altered was the sleeves, it does feel a little big in my shoulders but that’s the style too, so it’s not noticeable! This is a great simple dress! Oh and the fabric is wedding-y too! I’m so happy!!

This dress worked out great! I received soooo many compliments. I'm 57 years old, 5'4" and 139lbs. It was very comfortable and I danced all night in it. It's so stretchy and thick. I teased that it felt like a wet suit. That was an exaggeration but it's an unusual fabric. I had to wear very high heels because it was a tad long for me. I wore it off both shoulders and after reading that some struggled to keep in place I quickly put a few stitches in to keep from sliding up. It still slid a little but wasn't bad. I could have done more but was rushed.

This dress is simple and elegant. The fabric is thick, pliable, and of good quality. The top flap part is definitely made for a bustier woman. It seemed to be comfortable, and the color was true to the advertisement. I feel like if you got the right size it would be wonderful for a curvy woman, and wouldn’t show dimples but would accentuate your curves.The down side is that I ordered my size based on the measurements listed in the advertisement. According to the listing it would have been one inch bigger than my bust (which is fine for the style) and the hips would have been one inch smaller than my hips (which again would have been fine for the style of dress) but it was so large I couldn’t keep it on my body, it literally fell off. So I would say size down. I ordered a 2x and if I ordered another i would order a L or xLMeasurements areBust 42Waist 35Hips 43

This dress is amazing! This is my 3rd wedding in 6 months and was looking not to spend a whole lot since the first 2 dresses were designer dresses from Nordstroms. Oh how I wish I would have found this dress at the very beginning. I am 52, 170 lbs. 5'7" and normally wear a size 10. This dress was so flattering and fit in all the right places. I wore 2 1/2" heels and no alterations were needed. I had it professionally cleaned before the wedding and it traveled well in my suitcase with only light steaming needed. I would highly recommend this dress!

Purchased this to wear to a wedding and it was perfect. It was very comfortable, very flattering and I got tons of compliments the whole night. The material is heavy and is good quality. Fit true to size. It was a bit long for me so I did I hem it. I’m almost 5’4” and after hemming it about an inch it still touched the ground but didn’t drag too much. After hemming it, the bottom flipped up but after steaming, it flattened and hung nicely.

Great fit, wrong color. I was expecting a deeper purple but it was more deep lavender. If you can visualize that. I have this same dress in black and red and love it. I returned the "purple".

This was a great purchase! Perfect fit! I’m 5’3 W165-170lbs. Measuring: B36/W34/H47 This dress fit right out the box. No alterations needed. I ordered a back up dress JIC. Which I gifted to my daughter. The color, fabric stretch and thickness, flow, and length all were a win. The fabric could be of greater quality however for the cost point - it’s a win. I’d love to have it in black as a classic staple and maybe even red as a backup for a holiday/event go to dress. It’s that comfortable and easy to wear.
