*1-star: Defective product received - Dented and incomplete* I purchased this from a reputed company on Amazon expecting good quality, but I’m very disappointed. The item arrived dented, as you can see in the photo. There’s a clear crease/damage on the surface and the packaging wasn’t sufficient to protect it during transit. Worse, this is an incomplete delivery. The product listing mentioned a charger would be included, but I did not receive any charger in the box. So I’ve received a defective _and_ incomplete piece. For a robust brand, this level of quality control and fulfillment is unacceptable. Requesting an immediate full refund.

Easy to handel and working well after 1 month

I am not giving 5 stars because this product is chinese and not repairable easily ,so i have to change it in every 1 2 months otherwise ut is good
