Firstly there is no option provided to select your size hence I ended up getting a C which didn't fit me and even the adhesion was so bad. The packaging was so bad it didn't look like the brand it is shown as on Amazon. Don't buy this.

I usually wear a 34 D bra so I decided to buy these in a D cup. These things were HUGE. I definitely recommend buying a size down, especially if you fit in between sizes. I wore these with a halter top and they gave my chest a rounder look which was nice, but the middle claps that hold them together don't look like they will last more than a few uses. They didn't lift my boobs at all, but there's no straps over the shoulder, so that's to be expected. I would say they are pretty sticky at first but if you sweat a lot, these are coming off. I'm giving a 3 star because they held my girls in place the 1 time I needed them.

Good to use when no other bra can be hidden. Do not use any body lotion though or it won't stick at all.
