This works, I take one daily I have Raynaud’s syndrome and last winter my fingers turned white, blood vessels went into spasms (become narrow)finger swelled and split open, very painful. Since taking vitamin E this has not happened this winter. Even my body is warmer. Use vitamin E mixed in with my moisturizer at night work nicely.
