After researching ways to strengthen my immune system, I read about Goldenseal. I gave it a try and so glad I did. Just got back from a cruise and I'm not sick and breathing better than usual. Each day I put one squirt from the bottle into a couple ounces of water and drink it at some point during either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. On days when I seem more congested I do it twice a day. Working for me.

The taste is honestly awful, but it’s worth it. I recommend taking it after a meal because it can irritate your stomach on an empty one. I used to mix it into a strong tea, but now I just drop the liquid directly into my mouth and follow with a juice chaser. This also shortens the duration of my nasal issues.
