The e version has some typing errors and missing sections. For example, under the esophagus chapter

Does not have online testing like the description says
Does not actually include online testing capabilities like the previous edition did, so you have to take the test and manually score yourself. I called the support line and they are aware of this but could not tell me if it will ever get fixed. Otherwise, this version has new high yield points at the beginning of each chapter that get tested on every year that is helpful to read and review.
