Alaffia Shampoo, EveryDay Coconut – Purely Coconut Shampoo with Coconut, Ginger & Coffee Extracts for Clarifying Normal to Dry Hair, 16 Oz

My young adult daughter turned me on to this shampoo. It is thick, very lightly scented, and lasts for a long time. It doesn't have the harsh chemicals of some hair products, but does the job of cleaning my hair quite well. Doesn't dry the hair or fade any color. This will be my "go to" from now on. Quantity lasts well, making this a great deal.

My hair stays cleaner longer with this shampoo. Other shampoos make my hair oiler and clumpy within a few days, but this shampoo hangs in there.

I started using this last winter to help maintain a healthy scalp through the cold months. Now I use it year around. I love that it has a mild and pleasant, but not overwhelming scent. It keeps my scalp healthy. No SLS, which irritates my skin. This is the shampoo our entire family uses now.

Cleans very well... Maybe a little too well. I found this to be a little bit too stripping on the hair.

I would give this 5 stars if it had more of a smell but I am not going to be picky and let that stop me from using this again. This shampoo is a keeper for me bc of my why. It had ALL good ingridients and for the price for something that has all good ingridients its great. I can't find a better deal. So Im sold regardless of it not really having a smell. . Its Bobby aproved and has a good rating with the ewg website. I have eczema and I needed to change all my body and hair washes and lotions to good Ingridient thins. Some ppl mention they think it strips the hair too much and I agree it does REALLY wash the hair to where your hair is kind of squeaky clean lol. But after using their conditioner on it afterwards it great! ( the conditioner lime and coconut does have a nice smell its just not as powerful smelling or as thick like the bad stuff we are use to which again doesn't bother me. Bc most the things I had to swap are scentless so im used to that. I jave really long hair up to my butt and I did not have a problem blow drying or brushing after so will be buying this again. Hoping to try the coconut lime one in the shampoo next.

I bought it after some recommended it online. It’s the worst most drying shampoo. It was a total waste of money. It's unusably bad.

My hair is healthier, noticeably thicker, with less breakage. Been using 6 months.
