Supply and demand. People aren’t going to gyms, they’re working out at home. And people who never went to gyms have a lot of time on their hands.

Q: What size should a woman start with?

If you exercise I would start with a 10lb dumbbell. You would think that might be heavy but because you’re holding it in two hands it isn’t. I use the 10lb weight at the gym and at home. Hope that helps.

Q: can you remove the flat bottom?

No. I mean, sure, you could, but the adhesive is THERE.
