A: I have no idea  but I was disappointed in the  size as I expected a larger one and  it fits  about a 5 year old size.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I ordered several of these vests from Amazon cause I wasn’t sure which ones would fit. This was the only one that actually fit with some room to grow, and felt like good quality. Not cheap material like the other ones. Worked perfect for my 8 year old sons “zoologist” costume for future self day. Good quality, I think we will use it for fishing trips as well.
