10/10 . I wore it today for my 30 min work out on the treadmill. I got the large. It does fit snug thats why I went up a size. I have a short torso so it did cover my entire area. Also it never moved. When I got home and took it off, I was covered in sweat. I can only imagine out it would be for those who wear it longer. Great Product!!!

It works AMAZING! At first I didn't think it was gAoing to fit me, thankfully it did! It Stretched out to get up over my bottom, and then went right back to the perfect size to fit around my waist and right up under my boobs! It fits comfortably, almost like you can't even tell it's there! It makes ya sweat your tummy off! 🤣 It keeps all the sweat in! It has amazing support! All in all, it's honestly one thing im glad I bought to help me get back into shape!!

Way too small and I ordered an XL.
Not sure if I like it. It is way too tight and it’s hard to keep it from rolling at the top and bottom. I mean obviously if you have a actual gut, you will not be able to keep this material from rolling up or down pulling on your skin lol. It fits like a small and I wear a size large in shirt.

It does make you sweat but it smells like fish, I was literally looking around the gym like where the hell is that coming from and it was me. Purchase with caution lol I’m 5’4 127 lbs I got a s/m fits well

4 stars. It really works for sweating fast! I started sweating in just a few minutes. I wear it under my clothes also for my exercise routine at home. Nobody notices it under my shirt. It's thin and comfortable. You can use it for workouts or just doing daily activities inside and outside the house. It makes you sweat a lot For the price, I recommend it if you want to sweat more. I purchased an 3XL I'm 5'4 & weigh 220lbs. And from experience since I know that these type of exercise wear is always smaller I go with the largest & it did fit comfortably with no issues. I've purchased MANY sweat athletic wear over my life time. This works. I apply my slimming cream to my mid-section put it on & I let the sweat began. It rises a little bit, but that doesn't bother me because I just pull it back down and keep moving. Then when I get in the Sauna it really goes to work. When I pull it off I definitely see the sweat in my mid-section.
