The yellow is kinda opaque, but if you use some plastic polish it shines right up rather nicely. Came very well sharpened, the opening and closing is a bit gritty, but some PB Blaster and some opening and closing fixes it right up. Feels good in the hand and comfortable, it would make for a great knife for a first timer or for a seasoned user as well.
