Q: I just ordered one and forgot to ask : can it be used as a walking stick before using it to perch?

The seat part is kind of large-you'd have to have large hands. It's long and wide, designed to support the buttocks. I wouldn't unless there was nothing else available. If you want a smaller, narrower one, try the SITGO, it appears to be a copy of the SitPack. Some of my friends used it as a walking stick going up a hill, a couple fell down. As a chair, it's great, sturdy and water proof. It's so great, after demonstrating it for the TSA agents, they stole mine-when I arrived it was gone!

Hi. The Sitpack 2.0 is adjustable to any height when you combine angle and the setting of the tubes. There is also a black Sitpack available on Amazon.
