At first, I was hesitant to buy this because I needed something that could last me for a good while. So having received it, now I can say the quality is great but I do not like how long it takes to pair.If the sound isn't playing from my phone, it takes up to two minutes to connect and start hearing through the earbuds. Also, being at least four to five feet from my phone won't allow me to hear anything and then if something comes through, it's just crackles. So four star.Edit: it had been approximately one year since I bought the earphones and in addition to the pairing issue, the wire frayed from the bud in the last days of it. Also if my hand blocked the signal, it would pause and continue after. All in all, I'm happy with it because the sound is loud and clear, the earbuds stay in my ears and it lasted me almost a year. This is my first Bluetooth earphone so I'm happy that it lasted long for me and I'm hoping with better care on my part, the next one will last longer.

It's the second time I bought this product. cause it's for my girlfriend. I've already used the first for almost one year. It's still working!

Just got them out of the pouch to use them for the first time and they have came apart and will not snap back together.
