It is easy to take and according to our doctor, it's a good choice.

They do the job
I love these vitamins. I have been taking them for years and have no complaint. They are big, but you do get used to them after a while. When I don't order on time and have to resort to using another brand, I can tell the difference.

Works for my body
Not all multivitamins work for my stomach and body. But these give me a solid boost without making me feel over-fortified. I do take about half the recommended amount, but even when I take one in the morning and one at night, I feel good.

Giid vitamin, went out of availability.
I liked rhese viamins, however went out of stock. Change to something else. Truthfully i have not checked if they are back

They give me energy - over decades!
I have taken Vitamin World women’s vitamins for decades, and I think they do me good. When I forget to take them for a few days or a week, I notice I feel tired and have less energy. They recommend taking two, but if you know your diet is excellent you can get by with just one. If you think you’re skipping some necessary food nutrients, take two.
