Excellent product with very good results. The hair color gives a rich natural black shade and is easy to apply without causing irritation. Outright to address the discrepancy
The product image displays Natural Black, but the description states Jet Black, creating a clear discrepancy. When I reached out to customer care for a return or replacement, they outright refused to address the issue.
