I trusted this banner to be the main decor for my daughter’s 13 birthday party, and the night before the actual party I started decorating, turns out the ballons are terrible quality, the valve on most of the ballons dont even work, some of the letters are too glued, most letters wont even stay inflated at all, other letters were “ok” but dont do any good, You can’t decor with a banner half inflated half defective. Find a better quality one.
