Hot Tamales, 4.5 pounds Fierce cinnamon

Having a stash of Hot Tamales is always comforting. I mix these with a few other flavors (grape, cherry, etc) for a pick-me-up in the afternoons. Getting the big bags keeps them fresh and chewy. I occasionally get a really hot one, but generally these are just right (it's a good thing my red hair camouflages the red face when I bite into one of those). Love them and will keep buying them.

First, they came double packaged! Nice! Ensured they were protected. They are so fresh!! As an self described official hot tamale connoisseur - I Love Them! They are DEEE-Licious!! 😁

I didn't have any idea what a "Pillow Pet" was but my Grandson wanted a Penguin Pillow Pet. Ordered it from Amazon because didn't know where else to buy one. When my Grandson opened it on Christmas, he was on top of the world. Absolutely loved it and remarked on the size of it, since it was bigger than he had seen it before. Once he showed me what this "pillow pet" was all about, I thought what a good gift and how cute it was. Best of all, loved the price.

They need to take this off of the market before I order more. I love these candies, and these come fresh and packaged well.

A HUGE bag of fresh, classic cinnamon Hot Tamales. This is my go-to Movie Theater candy, and the price for this 4.5 lb bag is far more economical then purchasing individual boxes. I work out 4-5 times a week, so my self-imposed limit of 15 pieces per day isn’t horrible. At least, that’s what I tell myself... ;-)

We love this candy but can no longer find it in bulk at Sam's Club. It is more than double what it costs a couple of years ago, but still very good! Glad to find it at Amazon.

If you've never eaten Hot Tamales candy, you are missing a cinnamon-y treat. They have a crunchy candy coating over a chewy interior. This size bag is just about right, because once you start eating them you can't stop.I gave the item 4 stars only because the vendor I chose (The Candy Peddler) packaged my item inadequately. The bag broke open in the box, and there were loose candies rolling around inside. Come on, folks; you know how package services are!

In this large quantity I was surprised by the freshness. No clumping, or stickiness. I transferred the contents of the open bag to a well-sealed jar, so I cannot speak the airtightness of the shipping bag. This is not a hit on the bag as much as it is that I live in a very humid area and do this for the majority of items I purchase.
