Question 1

No picture only sound on any app I try to cast

Accepted Answer

Dear customer,
Thanks for your question!
For this isse, could you please tell me what's app and your devices you used, ios or Androind to connect with our wireless hdmi dongle?

Something should be plaied more attention: For apple decvices, because of "HDCP" video copyright protection, for Apple devices, our chromecast is not compatible with those subscription-based apps that needs paying for watching.Including downloaded video. Such as Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney+, Sky go and other apps which need paying for watching.
For Android devices, can work with most app, but not for all. We have show this detail in the product's description""Android device may be compatible with most apps"". Because the compatibility of the product might be different from different mobile phone. There might be some conflicts among them during using this wireless hdmi adapter.(You could try to use app "google home" to watch, please contact with us to get more details)

The chromecast for tv with high HD resolution up to 1080P, supports mirroring of what is displayed on your device screen, including videos, images, games, websites, slideshows and more, to your HDMI-equipped TV, projector, monitor or other compatible display. Give you a bigger and clearer screens!

We hope this would have helped:)
