This works to remove excess water, my husband tends to have fluid retention and it helps a lot. It taste like dirt, but he just takes it mixed with hot water as a shot and then chases it with a glass of water. Besides the yucky taste this stuff works.

not super happy with this... it didn't pull water weight/ fluid off of me that I could notice... I really want to get off of diuretics... I am still trying other things too, but this one didn't work for me. It seems to work for a lot of other people though so try and see if it works for you...

I bought this because I suffer from very bad edema in my lower body which is slowly moving up into my lungs. the dosage is 1-2 tsp a day with water. as a precaution I started with a half of a teaspoon every other day with water. it legit tastes like peppery dirt. BUT clothes I was not able to wear because they had become uncomfortable fit. they aren't tight now and it's been a week. Not only that my lungs no longer feel full or heavy and I can breathe better. so, while I do not SEE much of a difference in my feet and legs there is some improvement. only downside... the bathroom needs to be really close at all times. would I buy this again? Yes absolutely. I found adding a little apple cider drink mix helps to offset the dirt taste.

Very gently and effective. I was able to drink it quickly, not needing to pause like some other powders. First purchase with this producer and will try other products.

I took my first dose. A wopping 1/8th of a teaspoon. And urinated 2x as much.i made sure to take it early in the day don't want to be awake in the bathroom all night.

I believe this maybe more potent that lasix because my patients get a lot of fluids off using just this product alone. Some respond better with this more than lasix. You can use it in combination with prescription diuretic or by itself.
