Great textbook - and great condition for a used textbook
The seller described the product's condition accurately - and provided an individual evaluation, not just a blanket comment as to its likely condition, as many merchants do. It was shipped timely too ..... and as for the textbook itself, it has been a perfect education companion for me in my ClubPilates Teacher Training program, for learning the anatomy portion of my education - great diagrams, clear explanations of concepts, and good summaries along with Q&A to confirm you have learned the material. I'm very happy with both the product itself, and the merchant providing it. I'd recommend either/ both to others.

Good Book
Hi, I gave this Textbook only 4 stars because its thin. But Im not sure how exactly. My other Anatomy and Phys texts were 1000 pages, and this is "only" about 600. Maybe because no cadaver photos? The photos/diagrams are somewhat small. But, the information and writing is very good. Overall its a good book. If you are doing cadavers or detailed anatomy, you might want a different book. This is a good basic Physiology portion, but not the greatest on Anatomy. Of course many A & P courses will have lab Manuals.

A recommendation for 90% savings for renting or 20% savings for buying used because new means big cost with small delivery
I bought the book and paid full price so that I could enjoy and benefit from all the e tools that the book touts. The "Learn Smart" system that will identify where a student is strong and where weak and then it allegedly helps them improve. However, the book didn't come with an access code. I contacted the publisher and they stated it is not provided for self study. I repeatedly informed them that I was a student in a class. My teacher has tried to correct the situation on his part. No satisfaction so far.If I had known that there was no access code I could and would have bought a used book. There seems to be no reason to buy a book new unless you are afraid of highlighters. And if you don't want it as a long term reference then rent the book. Compared to my $220 plus, other students rented the book for almost 1/10 of the cost. Those that bought it used saved significant money also.
