Finally a sleep aid that works!
Somnapure Clinical Strength is the most effective OTC sleep aid in my opinion and I've tried most of them. Easy to fall into a relaxing sleep and stay asleep. The closest thing to prescription meds. The price is very reasonable.

This is Benadryl - nothing like the real Somnapure - if I wanted Benadryl I'd go buy the generic version at Walmart or CVS

I AM NOT SURE HOW QUICKLY I FALL ASLEEPBUT I REST MORE- THAT IS FOR SUREI SLEEP LONGER AND THAT I FEELI USUALLY TAKE WITH AN IBUPROFEN PM MEDICATION
