I needed a power bank for a camping trip. For the size and price, this one looked good. Plus, I have had good luck with Belkin products in the past. The build quality is very good. I like it has two USB ports and a USB-C port. The USB-C port is how you charge the battery bank. Also, the USB-C port can be used to charge your device, it is bi-directional. There is a button on the side to turn the power on. On the other side are four led lights to let you know how much battery is remaining in the power bank. I charged my phone 3 times with this power bank during the camping trip and it it still had one led light left. It is very easy to use. The one thing to remember, if you plug in a device to charge and it draws very little power while charging, the power bank will auto shut down after a while. So, you have to push the power button again to turn it back on. It will then start charging again and then time out again and shut off and so on. The auto power off has to do this or the unit will stay on forever and eventually drain the battery even if you are not charging anything. It is not a flaw. It just has to draw the line somewhere when it is going to auto power down. But, if you charge any "normal" device (like a phone), it will draw enough power where the battery bank will see it and leave itself turned on until the phone is fully charged. Overall, I am very happy with this power bank.

Portable charger I had wasn't working as it had been, bought this one and have been glad I bought it. It's heavier than my old cheaper one, but it is still small and fits in pockets. Charges my phone on trips, and needs to be recharged less often than the old one. Looks good, not the cheapest charger I saw for sale but fits my needs and works!

This portable USB charger was a lifesaver on our recent vacation. The bedroom we stayed in didn’t have any easily accessible outlets, so we relied on this to charge our devices overnight. It held plenty of power, charged our phones quickly, and gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldn’t run out of battery. Compact, reliable, and very convenient. I highly recommend it for both travel and everyday use.

I almost returned this because I plugged it into my phone charger, to charge it, and it stayed at one light for hours (out of 4 which would light up when it's fully charged.) I took the chance of trying a different charger. It seems to charge up just fine when you use an older style slow charger. It did not take a charge when using a Samsung fast charger.Also if you are considering buying this one, please closely read the specs. If you need higher electrical capacity, you might have to buy a different brand or model.

The device is lightweight but durable. Able to charge multiple devices at once, and even more powerful devices get a decent charge, perfect for traveling.

This is a very useful device to allow use of a tablet or phone that has little or no battery charge remaining. it is small and light weight enough for a pocket or purse yet provide enough power to allow phone use until you can get to your next charge. Provides both USB types A and C connections. Does not seem to heat up under regular use.

A power bank should just work. This one, I believe they are not using any standards for the usb-c, no qi charge or PD available, just plain barebones usb-c. Which means if you have any good quality usb-c that accepts PD or qi charging it just won’t work. Meaning I tried 5 different usb-c to usb-c and usb-c to lighting and none worked. I tried those same ones with a different power bank and it worked no problem. I tried charging the unit and it wouldn’t charge either because of the same problem with the usb-c. If you buy this you are basically stuck with the usb-a to usb-c cable it comes with, that will not even charge the unit. I made a return

Battery last forever and love the different charging port options. Perfect shape and size to be compact and fit in any bag or large wallet, I LOVE this charger!!
