Steak Knife Set of 6, 4.5 inches Dishwasher Safe High Carbon Stainless Steel Knives, Silver

These knives are incredibly SHARP!! Handles very nicely and comfortable to hold without slipping. The handles are a bit thicker than our other steak knives, so I have to set them in the knife blocks every OTHER slot, as they will not fit in the slots right next to each other. (please see pics) The measurements shown didn't state the knife width, and to be honest, it never entered my mind. The knives are made out of a single piece of stainless steel, so no need to worry about handles breaking or coming off. VERY sturdy. Dishwasher safe and, in my opinion, a great value for the cost.

My partner and I like steak and tend to buy top quality grass-fed most often. These are tender enough that when our old steak knives were lost in a move, I didn't rush to replace them. The knives in our Oneida silverware set worked just fine. Within the first months of this year, we had two separate dinners that included steak. Each time, we had guests request a steak knife that we didn't have. They were able to get through it, but it just wasn't as easy for them. I went looking for steak knives shortly after that second dinner, resolved to make my guests more comfortable. I found good reviews on the low and medium-high end, but these had good reviews, and looked great. I knew they would clean easily and didn't have a wood handle that would eventually deteriorate. As I said, I bought these for guests, but now that we have them, we find ourselves using them often. The size is comfortable in our hands, and they feel sturdy and substantial. I have put them in the dishwasher a couple of times, but prefer to wash by hand. I would not hesitate to buy these again for myself, or anyone else.

I've used them for a week or so and have been very happy. They're dishwasher safe, but I hand wash them. I do that with my large kitchen set that doesn't have serrated blades as well. Just habit. These have a nice weight to them that help when cutting. I don't feel like I'm going to break these. They're nice and sharp, as you'd expect. Good knives so far and happy with my purchase.

Great steak knives but they develop rust stains after putting in dishwasher. Some can be rubbed off while others can not. But the quality of the knife is good. I like it’s weight, how it sits in my hand and how it cuts is superb.

Extremely sharp and very solid

These were nice steak knives that were well weighted in you hand, they did feel flimsy. They have retained their sharpness after many uses.

It was time to replace my old wooden handle steak knives that I've had since the 90s and definitely made the right choice when I purchased these. Nice and sturdy, super sharp, and dishwasher safe. Love them

I've only recently received these. I had been researching steak knives, and was getting the idea of problems that some people have with their choices. Many mention the rivets holding the wooden scales of the handles coming loose, some saying they go rusty. Based on what I saw, I narrowed my choice down to these, as they are stainless steel (So shouldn't rust), and are solid stainless steel handles, with no rivets. Obviously, as I haven't owned them for long, I can only speak about my experience with them so far. These knives are very sharp, and cut well through everything I have tried them on. The size, feel, and balance are all perfect in my opinion, and, so far, haven't found any issues with them in the dish washer. All is really good so far, and I will update this review should anything change.
