It can be adjusted to suit a range of heads. I bought it for my four year old granddaughter and we made it fit her perfectly.

Good hat. Colourful, but the pictures do not represent the real colours.

Good hat, but the colours are much more muted than in the picture. Imagine a stronger white behind the colours. The blue does not show up as much, but the purple does.Good hat, but the pictures over-represent the vibrancy of the colours. Sellers would do well to not show something just to make people buy it. Show the REAL product and people will be happy. Thanks!
