Edit: only a month later (29 Aug) price has again hiked, now to nearly £46. Abysmal.Was great, I bought this product regularly, until they upped the price from £30 to £42 in a matter of months. There’s no justification for this IMO. Since have bought elsewhere for a better price and am happy.The only upside of this product is that the bag it comes in is absolutely fantastic, long lasting.. reseals months later like new. But £12 for a better bag just isn’t worth it.

I have always bought 'Supplemented' Theanine and it helped be through a very rough few years in my life.Not finding 'Supplemented' trading on Amazon anymore, I bought these and they tasted like rice flour and when I wake at night and can't get back to sleep, 'Supplemented' Theanine always got me asleep about 20 minutes later - NOT THESE. Three times this has happened lately and I have not found that sleep after taking these. I found 'Supplemented' trading on their own online so bought some from them and now I get to sleep 20 minutes after I take them.
