Laptop wasn’t working right. Slow & projects being worked had disappeared, especially spread sheets and data weren’t computing. Put the battery in and the laptop went crazy for about 8 minutes. And everything we thought was lost came up. All because of a bad battery. Laptop working great thanks to this battery. Can’t rate battery life being that it was just put in but I expect it to be top notch.

The perfect replacement for my dead computer battery. Compatible with the old battery. Brand new in sealed bag. Was very easy to replace. Just follow instructions that came with battery. Went with this because of reviews and OEM was too expensive. So far, no issues with charging and holding charge.

So far so good, was concerned b/c of a couple negative reviews especially the 1star Asus Q500A rvw b/c that's where I'm using it. Rolled the dice and so far A+ experience - arrived in 2 days. I shut down laptop, unplugged it, took out old battery, pressed power button to ensure any leftover power was expended, put new battery in, plugged in laptop, and let it fully charge overnight. Next morning turned on laptop and, as expected, battery at 100% - unplugged laptop and ran on battery at high performance settings (ie - not power saving mode) and 3 hours later, still had 37% left. This seems better than the original Q500A battery when it was new 13 years ago. Powercfg/batteryreport shows the jump in mWh from old battery to new. Will update if battery has issues but 5 stars for now.

Needed a new laptop battery and I didn't want to have to spend a lot of money for a new one. This NinjaBatt was perfect, not pricey and exactly what I needed. The battery life is good it last a good 3 & a half hours unplugged before it needs to be charged again. But I always plug it up before the battery get too low.

Battery seems to be working fine. I use my laptop around 2 hours each day on the battery. It is still charged about 35 to 40% with that usage. I then plug it in and use most of the time on 110. Since I use the battery every day I do not expect it to last more than a couple years but for the cost involved that is acceptable for me. When I called the laptop manufacturer, the only suggestion they had was to ship my laptop back to them for repair (be without for about 2 weeks). I decided to see if a new battery would solve my problem and it did. Really pleased with the end result.

The NinjaBatt Laptop Battery is a very good product that I have had great success with in the past. I ordered a new one around Christmas after four years of using the older one. The old battery performed very well for approximately a month and went south. After talking with customer service and troubleshooting possible problems with the battery without success; a new battery was shipped immediately. The new battery is working great comparable to the old NinjaBatt. The customer service tech was polite and great to work with and asked all the pertinent questions necessary to resolve the situation.

It's been only a month or so, the battery lasted about 4 hours at 1st and now only pushing 2 hours.

La batterie d'origine de mon PC portable ASUS (de 2012... et il marche encore parfaitement) ne prenait plus du tout la charge, ce qui n'était pas étonnant vu son âge canonique. Je devais donc le laisser branché en permanence pour pouvoir l'utiliser. Ce qui bien entendu me coinçait à un endroit où une prise de courant était disponible. Impossible de bosser installée dehors confortablement sous mon parasol... Cette batterie, installée en moins de 30 secondes, a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. Elle a pris la charge aussitôt avec le chargeur d'origine Asus. Et le PC fonctionne maintenant sur batterie comme avant et est donc parfaitement mobile. Je peux donc écrire mes chapitres depuis... mon lit. Quel pied ! Et pour un prix plus que modique ! Moi qui envisageais de remplacer - à contrecœur - mon PC portable à cause de la batterie (en plus du fait que Windows 8 ne soit plus pris en charge par Microsoft et que mon Word365 ne fonctionne plus - hem hem... vive OpenOffice) et bien maintenant, il repart pour un tour ! Je suis absolument ravie pour le moment. J'espère que cette batterie va être solide et tenir le choc des décharges/recharges et aussi durer assez longtemps en décharge. Tant qu'elle tient trois heures avant de devoir être rebranchée, ça me va. Ça m'oblige à faire des pauses... En plus je dois souligner qu'elle ressemble extérieurement comme deux gouttes d'eau à la batterie d'origine (même décor) et que personne ne peut voir en retournant le PC que ce n'est pas la batterie d'origine. Livrée bien protégée dans un sac gonflable scellé, avec documentation dans une boite de la marque. Si jamais je décelais un problème ultérieurement, je ne manquerais pas de revenir sur ce commentaire pour vous en faire part.
