Let me say that the best thing about this microphone was the ease of setup ..... pretty much NONE. You just plug it in and pull up whatever software you wish to use it with and it is there already . The ease of use, the invisible merging into your application for meetings, calling relatives or anything was seamless. I thought the volume was a bit low but that is easily adjustable within any software package so not really a thing to concern about so 5 Stars for a great performance at a great price.

Was hoping this microphone would be better than it is. Speaker sounds like they are far away or in a tunnel. Had some issues with USB sticks fitting in on the first item I received. Second item was better and USB sticks fitted fine.

Doesn't work at all. Very misleading, and non-functional product! I missed the 30-day return window. Do not buy!!

This unit works great as a microphone for an online meeting (e.g., Skype, MS-Teams, Zoom) with an easily identifiable mute button with a lit status indicator so you know if you're on mute or not. This also has a headphone jack to allow you to use your own headphones. The people on my call told me my voice clarity was great. The manufacturer makes this speaker in both a round and square configuration. I tested both. They had the exact same excellent performance. I like that it also has a built-in USB 2.0 hub. I have a variety of mics and headsets so this allows me to use them all without sacrificing too many USB ports on my work laptop.
