Great for my dog to stay shaded or dodge some rainfall. It is a very stable, well-made structure, but you need to follow directions carefully and make sure all pieces are pushed completely into their connections. Otherwise, the canvas section will appear not to fit/look too small. I screwed up the first time I put it together and thought there was something wrong with everything not fitting. So glad I tried again! The small size is impressively big!

So far, I am loving this tent. So are my goats. Its seriously one of the toughest tents I've ever owned. My Nigerian dwarf goats have decided that they have to lay on the roof. You see the pic, its not that big, but its super sturdy and will hold and cover your goats. It also held up in 30+ winds. Give the material a bit of time to loosen up so you can Velcro it nicely.

Overall a good deal, though there were a couple of problems with assembly. 1. One of the pipes was deformed (when originally cut) such that the other pipe couldn't be inserted. I was able to fix this with some heavy duty pliers. 2. There's no clear indication whether each pipe has been fully seated. This was easy to resolve with a rubber mallet, once discovered, but wasn't apparent until almost the final stage when the cover wouldn't fit right. On a positive note, it comes with heavy duty tie-down hardware.

I have bought SO many of these because they are fantastic quality! Unfortunately the canopies don't last more than a season or two out here in the country with high winds, blustery weather, and hot sun. I would Love it if there were replacement canopies because the frames are fantastic and sturdy! I am going to have to make some of my own. Great product!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!! Really cute item, but a nightmare to assemble... almost impossible to put together evenly. Pipes fit into the sockets erratically, some are too loose, some impossibly tight. The pipes need to be pressed all the way into the sockets, but some are so tight that they can't be seated completely. So the different areas of the frame end up being all uneven lengths, some longer and some shorter. I had to take it apart and reassemble three times, fitting the pipes into different sockets, and then pound the heck out of some of them with a rubber mallet to get a somewhat even fit. Finally, the canvas cover is a nice color, but super thin and flimsy. I doubt it will last a year outside.

I liked this product except for a shade structure. I would have given it five stars for use with dogs. My LGD's used it and it was great. However, for sheep and goats it has two problems. For sheep I had to sew along the velcro fasteners, as the sheep would nibble at the bottoms and the velcro would come undone. So I sewed the edges and slid the pipes in and it worked great! Problem solved for sheep. Then my goat decided to jump up and sleep on the top! I do not recommend this for goats, and she pierced the canopy with her hooves and fell thru. Now it is unusable. So for dogs and small pets, 5 stars for ease of use, rain resistance, shade, easy to move for sheep and small livestock 4 stars as it comes apart too easy for pecking animals. for goats, don't buy this, it won't last.

These are great! My chickens love them for shade! I highly recommend them for any kind of pets!

I was looking for something like this for the summer for my dogs to go inside their kennels to keep them cool. Tarps tend to get loose and blow in the wind and eventually rip and tear apart. Dog houses are great for the winter time but they don’t have any airflow for the summer. My dogs like to lay in the cool dirt When they are inside their kennel runs in the summer. I have a fairly good size dog kennel breeding business and my dogs comfort is very important. So when I saw this, I thought it looked exactly like what I was looking for. I was concerned the dogs might tear up the tarp but the way that it is designed, the tarp is pulled tight with metal poles and it would be undesirable for them to chew on metal. I am a 53-year-old woman and it took me approximately 45 minutes to put this together. It wasn’t too terribly hard. some of the poles were a little tight fitting together but a little bit of muscle worked just fine. I will definitely buy more of these for the summer.

We bought this to protect our robotic lawnmower and it is great!! Easy to put together and is solid!

Great to make potty trips pleasant in bad weather for our pup.

A few of the metal poles were bent and don't fit together properly. We tried to bend them into shape and was able to get it put together, but because they don't slide all the way in, the canopy fabric won't wrap all the way across. Super frustrating, especially after spending 2 hours putting something together that should take 15 minutes. The box was not damaged, so it had nothing to do with shipping.
