3M 25220P-G Pro Grade No-Slip Grip Advanced Sandpaper, 9-Inch x 11-Inch, 220 Grit, Pack of 3

This is the first time that I used this type of sandpaper. It's fantastic. It sands smooth and fast. I always used regular sandpaper and I've been having trouble sanding the edges of the back of picture frames. I just finished a project in 5 minutes that would have taken 15 minutes or longer with regular sandpaper. I use it with a sanding block and arm and hand power. I usually go through one piece of sandpaper for each frame. This sandpaper still looks like new. I don't know how many projects that I'll get from this one piece, but at least 2 and I expect more. Good stuff.

This sandpaper is easy to cut to size and works great with a sanding block. The sandpaper quickly smooths out drywall patches and is easy to use.

This works excellent for the job I need it for. Highly recommend

Exactly what I needed

I only use this stuff to sand down rubber tires on my toy slot cars, and it works fine for that, but I can't attest it's good for actual DIY.
