A great nights rest at the lowest possible price!
Best deal around on a memory foam mattress. Absolutely loved the unboxing process, hard to believe that the flat as a pancake product that came out of the box would puff back up to 10 inches. The directions say it can take as long as a day to return to full shape, but that was not my experience. It was good to go by bed time that evening, if not earlier. No odor, I read some reviews that the memory foam sometimes has an odor, but I noticed none.Be aware that this mattress is on the firm side,( it is the basic model in the line), so I corrected this issue by adding another layer of memory foam 1.5 inch topper. Now it's like sleeping on a heavenly cloud. If you are accustomed to sleeping on a tradition bed, you will find that on memory foam you turn less, which I believe promotes a better quality of sleep. Also no movement transfer, so if my partner is jostling around over there, I don't seem to notice it any more.

Extremely poor customer service
This mattress was too conforming to my torso that it left my feet slightly in the air if I slept on my side. Too soft. Also left me neck sore with the free pillows, and with the ones I was using. Customer service refused to refund even partial payment and demanded I ship back and pay shipping funds even with the 60 day comfort guarantee. Be ware. Extremely poor customer service.

Pretty Nice
Very firm mattress, I like firm so to me its comfortable. It molds to your shape. I find it doesn't give up heat very well, which is fine for the winter. Some have suggested getting a gel filled cover to resolve that problem. There's no odor to speak of, which I have seen mentioned in other memory foam products. No transfer of motion, so if the other person moves you aren't aware of it at all. Its definitely different than a traditional mattress and it took a little getting used too, but I sleep very well on it.

If you are looking for a soft bed this is the one for you.
Way to soft!! It’s not even a soft to a medium. It’s a soft soft. Have had it for a year for my daughter and we are looking for a new one.
