What is the actual oz size?** A: This was one of the most frustrating parts of buying these jars. The glass is clearly stamped "370". 370 is not 250, a quarter liter. The math isn't very difficult. But the box says 1/4 liter. Clearly the box people and the glass people are not the same people. **Q: Where are these made?** A: These Weck jars are made in Germany. **Q: Will these work in a sous vide?** A: Probably not.
