Need to empty out without cramps and running to the bathroom? This is the product for you. Occasional constipation , this will clean you out with ease. Has a nice flavor and easy to swallow.

Good relief, great price
This works really well for alleviating constipation. I recommend putting in milk so you don’t taste it though it has an artificial chocolate flavor. The bottle is large and quantity lasts awhile as you only need a small dose. Start with a lower dose and take more 24 hours later if it doesn’t work. It’s better to use less than more. Provides great relief- I highly recommend.

Wanted something gentle for occasional use and seems to work. Its not immediate but usually within 24 hours and drinking plenty of water

First time trying
The flavoring wasn’t great but pretty tolerable. Definitely could be masked well in chocolate milk if you don’t want to taste it. Not sure on efficacy, but it seems to work good enough as opposed to taking a harsher laxative.
