When using this products even after a couple of weeks I personally never noticed no changes I had my days where I felt different or more energetic but overall I felt the same, wasn’t too keen on the two capsules but it was bearable I think I might try a different strength or product but personally had high hopes due to the reviews and didn’t see the same results as many others
