Nice product
Had for almost a month so far and it’s had snow, hail, wind and rain. Holding up great and looks great. Assembly was a breeze but I am mechanically inclined. Took 5 hours in total with it all being done by myself except for about 30 minutes when the wife had to hold something. I would recommend.

Good Gazebo
Just put it up, took about 6 hours with wife. No problems getting it together. Some of the roof panels can be a little tricky getting them to fit in groves. Just takes patients and fiddling with them. Make sure with the side panels they line up with your runs it is rectangle not square. Solid frame and I am using 50lbs post bags on each leg so that should suffice.

Difficult to install but ultimately happy.
We bought this pavilion to be a place for shaded seating for my daughter’s graduation party and also to provide an outdoor space with mosquito netting afterwards. Installation was not easy. We did receive a damaged piece that the manufacturer was very responsive about replacing quickly (we have 3 extra pillars as a result), but unfortunately, my expected helper for installation got injured in the week it took to get the part. As a result, I needed to have my wife and two daughters help with the installation, and believe me, we needed every body we could get. The first big hurdle is attaching the pillars to the top rectangle which was an hour job, and the included tools are not very helpful. I ended up using a combination of a drill/driver with a hex bit and a palm sized ratcheting piece that held the same bit to get into the hard-to-get to places. You find yourself getting things loosely attached, then making the rounds of each corner to tighten it incrementally. Getting the roof frame on to wasn’t too bad, but the roof tiles were another story. They would not stay in the grooves— you have to be very precise in attaching them to the flat pieces of the frame. Then to seal them in, I needed to bring in a set of clamps to hold the end pieces in place while securing them to the main assembly. Even with the clamps and the extra hands, not all the pieces would line up enough to be bolted together. I eventually had to use a drill bit to widen the hole on a couple of pieces to get them to accommodate the bolt needed to finish it. However, now that it’s done. We are really happy with it. We were able to attach an LED lighting kit with 2 lights and a solar panel for dusk to dawn lights inside the pavilion which really made it more usable. I wish the mosquito net strings were a little bit longer— I can’t anchor them to the pillars if I want to seal the zippers all the way. But the most important task it handles brilliantly— we’ve had a couple of strong storms and the roof and curtains have kept the water out without damage to the roof and without the patio furniture inside getting drenched. It appears to be really durable, and it gets used every evening.

Awful
Received my gazebo delivery today. Arrived on 2 boxes the roof is not a heavy box the frame box is heavy. Got about 5 steps in and had to stop missing 2 pieces or should I say received 4C pieces instead of 2C and 2C1 pieces waiting to hear back. I am hopeful since it seems the seller seems to be helpful. I will update once I get a response and correct pieces but so far assembly seems pretty easy my husband was very nervous about assembling this. Update- missing parts customer service not that good gonna take longer to get parts than my delivery, never will buy again hopefully I have no more issues. Update *** u better hope all ur pieces come in ur delivery. Gonna take about 3-4 weeks for me never again will make a big purchase like this on Amazon! My first and last!!!!

Amazing Customer service
I had a slight issue with shipping/delivery. I messaged customer service and they responded very quickly as well as handled the issue in a timely manner. As for the product, if I could give 10 stars I would. Easy assembly, although it needs at least 2 people on some things one person can handle 90% of the assembly alone. The canopy is very well made and was exactly as described in the description. We were limited on space, the dimensions given were exact and fit the space perfectly. I would highly recommend ordering from this vendor.

Gazebo
The gazebo was not to difficult to assemble. My husband and I done it ourselves in a matter of just a few hours. Very sturdy. I love it

Not really a "hard top".
First problem is the assembly. The instructions have you assemble it in an erect position. By my calculations, to do this, you would need to have at least 4 people helping: 2 to hole the two legs, 1 to hold the cross beam between the legs, and 1 to put in screws. Not a fan of a product that requires that many people to assemble. I wound up putting the frame together upside down than flipping it over. overall worked well, however i did catch one leg when turning it and damaged the connection, but felt structure was still stable by the time I completed the frame. Next problem is that the top isn't really hard. It is a soft corrogated plastic that I doubt will survive the first hail storm we have... I guess time will tell. I will say that gazebo looks great and I love having it, but assembly was ridiculous and I'm very worried about the durability.

Very satisfied
I gotta say the setup went very well. It’s a well designed product. I read the reviews before hand but I didn’t have any issues at all. I turned mine into a outdoor theater room. A zipper head came off a I reached out to the seller which Immediately reach out a told me how to fix the problem. Very satisfied
