how many hangers will this hold?

There are 11 slots or ridges for hangers. I find that if you're using the heavy wooden hangers then 5 fit comfortably. You can get up to 10 wire hangers with dress shirts comfortably. I've packed up to 2 suits, 2 sport coats, 1 pair pants, 5 dress shirts and it fit.

Does this garment bag have four wheels?

It only has two. 4 would be nice but the bag holds a lot of cloths if you pack it right.

Is it really only 4 inches / 10 cm long n depth? It seems to be very narrow
