Lovely thick mattress, very comfortable, and fits shorty bunk beds great

Great quality- I was a little apprehensive given the price, but its brilliant!! So comfortable, easy to unpack and quickly "sprung open". Very happy with this and the incredible value for money.

The mattress is superb. Comfortable and firm. At such a cheap price you don't normally expect much, but this is the quality of a premium mattress. You get quick a descent amount of soft velvety memory foam. The springs are not felt whilst laying down, overall great thickness to the mattress. On the side of customer service, I had a slight delay and conflicting information about tracking (not this company fault). I contacted the seller and the level of customer service that I received was amazing. The 2 kind and helpful ladies (Megan & Sarah) were quick to reply and resolve the issue. I can't commend these 2 any more than I have, they were helpful and friendly making me the customer their most important concern. A++++++++++ Highly recommended seller and product. I've just moved and needed a new, affordable mattress quickly, so bought this on the strength of the reviews. I'm not sure whether mine was a dud though, because it is absolutely not comfortable at all! Didn't seem to fully spring into shape, the edges & corners have no stability at all and the fabric is loose at the sides. You can feel every spring laying down, and it's so hollow that I woke up multiple times during the night freezing cold - this might be a plus in the summer as there's obviously airflow, but it's not what you want in the winter! The price is good, and I obviously wasn't expecting stellar quality, but unless you're buying for a very small, light child, this is not it. I'm 60kg, for reference. I've ended up adding a 3" memory foam topper and it's much better now - I don't hold out hope for it lasting very long though. It's still a lot less expensive than other options even with the topper, but be prepared to fork out a bit more to make it usable.
