I tried this shampoo in desperation after having a very unpleasant reaction due to a formula change to a well known brand of shampoo I have used for ages without any problems. The reaction had caused my scalp to become unbearably itchy and my shoulders were also affected. This lovely gentle shampoo has made such a difference even after the first wash. I will continue to use Aveeno shampoo as an adult as I am very impressed with it. My hair feels nice and clean and most importantly I no longer have the urge to scratch my scalp! I love this shampoo, it is really good.

I like the smell, I like the design. My child calls it Mayo and enjoys playing with the bottle. I tried this brand twice, once from supermarket and once from here on Amazon. Both time, the lid is very hard to open which is not ideal when I'm in a rush to wash active toddler. My child has eczema- this shampoo doesn't make it worse visibly, but more head scratching. It also doesn't last long as bottle is quite small. Our eczema needs something moreoisturising. But overall a good product.

Please be aware that it leaves horrible, huge flaky chunks on child hair. I ordered this a month ago and I noticed my 8 year old has big dandruff like flakes on her hair sometimes, extremely close to her scalp. I realised that she couldn’t wash off all the shampoo from her and this happened
