Great product

It was easy to install but the advertising for it being able to rotate 360 degrees is false. The first picture with the screw is how it will stay for the entire time because that’s the only angle the screw will fit. The second picture is the pole standing on head of the mop, except when you try to screw it in that position the screw doesn’t fit. So, this mop does not rotate 360 degrees. It only stay at that certain angle.

This is a really cheap replacement for the libman one. i wish they made it possible to buy just the stick but they dont. It works fine just know its not gonna last but for the price it is worth it.

Lock mechanism becomes loose during use so u have to keep on twisting and extending it throughout moping

This mop is so easy to use, rinses and smoothly spins. Handle locks and stays secure.

I thought it would work great but it has it's flaws, that said it is hard to push down and it rust were the metal and plastic part meets together. Over all not that happy with it should of went with the original replacement tried to save some money but in the end I lost.

The media could not be loaded. very bad, try to send a return but I have to pay the return parcel fee which cost more than the item cost, the worst company to deal with...Attention to Amazon customer service... this is a reminder again can someone have a look into this case?
