**Q: Do i add anything do it, or is it ready made?**
A: It is already made, and needs only a frying pan.  However, there's nothing to stop you from adding cheese, mushrooms, etc. on your own.

A: Prepare them in a frying pan on medium heat until brown at bottom. Then flip them over and brown the other side.

We have been looking for potato pancake mix. Retail stores no longer carry this. All that's inside this package is hash brown potatoes all squished together. Cooked but threw away as they were bad news. Pricey too.

From Germanmarketplace online: 1. Open sachet and give the packet a quick knead to loosen potatoes. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry potatoes for about 3 minutes on medium heat. Turn over from time to time. Form a round shape working from the outside towards the centre. Fry for another 5-6 minutes. 3. Turn Rösti over (for example by sliding it onto a plate), and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
