It's awesome!
This litter box is really awesome! Assembly is easy, and once assembled a few maneuvers move clumped litter into an easy to pull out scoop. The scoop is shaped to easily slide out the clumped litter into a bag for disposal. It does take some floor space as the unit needs to be turned on its side and slightly over beyond that for the litter clumps to get into the pull out scoop. There's also a little effort needed to even out the litter when it's turned back in place. Nothing hard about it, it just needs a little shifting on its left edge to level it out. To me, it's so much easier than manually sifting litter through a scoop and dumping each scoop load into a bag. The unit is a little bulky but serves its purpose perfectly. The plastic is thin and a little flimsy but but I believe if it's handled with a decent amount of care it should last for years.

Defective inserts
Update: I emailed customer service over 2 weeks ago and still have not received a reply or replacements. I over all like these boxes but they are obviously cheaply made. I received 2 of these littler boxes on August 23, 2025. It is now September 5, 2025 and both of the inserts that sift the litter are cracking at the edges. As others have said, the insert is not very secure and shifts while rolling the box to clean it. After getting the dirty littler out, I have to roll the box the opposite direction to reset the plastic sifter insert. Other than this issue, I like the concept of this box and it has been easy to keep up with and clean. Also, the box doesn’t seem to smell as bad as my other plastic boxes have. Finally, the size of the box is large enough for my cats; however, one of my cats is very tall and has peed on the step of the box twice. Thankfully I have a washable waterproof mat under the box that is easy to clean. I have contacted customer service and will update my review if they make things right with the cracking inserts.

Great Concept, Poor Execution
I'm very torn on this product. on the one hand, it is very cheaply made. two of the three litter boxes we ordered are warped and difficult to close, the hole for the drawer is uneven and looks like it was made with a box cutter, the grate isn't fastened very securely and sometimes just pops open, and the drawer is poorly designed and really hard to hold without touching the part that has waste on it. on the other hand, the concept is so fantastic that even a mediocre product using this design is far superior to a well-made traditional litter box. everyone in my family is disabled, and the rolling is really easy to do, doesn't require squatting down to sift or scoop, and makes no mess (as long as you don't drop the drawer). I will absolutely buy this product again when these ones break down, but i hope they improve the quality a little by then. it's a really good budget option if you can't afford a litter robot, but still want to keep your pets clean and healthy with very little work.

So much easier to clean!
I bought this because we have 2 cats and I was afraid of buying the automated litter boxes for them since they are older, I didn’t think they’d use them, but I wanted something easier for me to clean their litter more often. This has been great, you just have to flip it around and over and their litter is scooped for me and put into the drawer. All I have to do is dump it out into my bucket. What a great idea it saves time, it is so easy to do and because you’re doing it more often. I wouldn’t go more than a few days or else it over fills the draw and you will have trouble getting it out. You do need a good amount of space to be able to roll it upside down and back but it could be brought out from its spot to be done. I plan on buying another one for upstairs now that I know that it works so well and it’s cut down on the dirty litter smell too!

Not great quality
We have used omega paw boxes for years even though they have many drawbacks. The seam on the sifter grate has always been fragile, the grates have always tended to lift a little while rolling, allowing waste to get behind the grate which accumulates and stinks and you have to take the whole thing apart to clean that. Waste has always been missed by the tip of the drawer, requiring additional rolling. Now, this latest version seems to be made of a harder plastic. This reduces the grate corner seam ripping, but it's brittle so the grate "panes" just break right off. That was never an issue before. Waste still gets behind the grate, so that tradeoff is not good. Our household is split, one person likes the ease of rolling daily. Two others feel it's not good enough to prevent odor and it's a real pain to deep clean. Those grate panes get every kind of Waste stuck in them. I won't buy again.

Like A Manual Powered Litter Robot!!!
I have been a Litter Robot owner for seven years. Recently we took in a stray cat who is really sweet. Unfortunately I can’t bring him into my home because he has at FIV. During the day he runs around my property, but at night he stays in my garage for comfort and safety. I purchased a regular litter box to clean up after him. Well, needless to say that wasn’t for me after being a Litter Robot owner. I found this Omega Paw Premium litter box. It works on the same principle as the Litter Robot. The Litter Robot rotates separating the clean litter from the soiled litter. The Omega does the same thing manually. You turn it over to the right and the clean litter goes in a compartment while the dirty litter ends up in the pull out drawer. You just have to rotate it back to the left for the litter to go back in place. There is even a hand print on the bottom indicating you should tap on it to loosen clumped litter. Like the Litter Robot it doesn’t waste litter. When I had the regular litter box I had to throw away all the litter whether it was soiled or not. So this saves you money. My only concern was I wasn’t sure if Thor would use it but after a day or so this wasn’t a concern. I highly recommend this litter box for the ease of use and money saving features. Unfortunately I have to edit my review. It is a couple of weeks after I wrote this review I’m finding that the litter box is not holding up as I would’ve liked it too. It seems to be flimsy so when I rotate it it’s falling apart, and all the litter goes in the tray or falls on the floor. I’m a little disappointed because I thought this would resolve my scooping problem as I really don’t wanna spend the money for an automatic litter box. So now I’m on a quest to find something with better quality that won’t break the bank.

Its no robot but better than scooping by 1000
I have 5 cats so I am a pretty much a litterbox expert. I have a litter robot and even though I love it, I'm not trying to drop the $$ for multiple which I need bc 5 cats. This replaced my least favorite one, but soon will be replacing at least 1 more. (Lots of cats = Lots of litter boxes) Overview: It looks like the picture and doesn't look bad at all. The Large sized box is perfect even for my very giant big boy cat. It's easier to clean than I thought and man it's helping the smell of the room it's in. All the details: So. It took me a moment to figure out how to put it together but its really not that hard. It doesn't feel incredibly high quality so that made me a bit nervous, but has proved to be a non issue. It took quite a bit of litter to fill but I've only been adding just a litter more every other day thus far. The tilting part is no big deal it's designed to be super easy and even has a hand graphic to show you where to tap. So far it's felt solid every time. After getting your daily rage out you can hear the clumps falling where they go and you're almost done. ***Pro Tip**** Make sure to tilt it back the other direction farther than you think you need to so the litter comes back to the center. Lastly the drawer, it's going to need a good wipe down regularly but it's so nice to just pull that out and I put it in my robot litter box trash. I'd suggest a grocery sack or something otherwise. Oh and even though it's deep, my cats still manage to get litter all over the place but I think that's a me problem. You should buy this I mean it!!!! If you're thinking about it- you will be so glad you did. The price is such a steal but I have no idea how all the different price points are different. I got the cheapest size Large one.

Perfect!
Okay so I'm getting a new kitten, that's mostly why I bought this, but my other cat snuck into my room and took a few bathroom breaks, so I wanted to clean it before she got here and it was so easy! No mess or anything! I hardly even had to hit it (I think that part depends on the type of litter) but it was super easy and I'd say much better than using a scooper! Worth the money. And it seemed surprisingly sturdy, I saw some reviews saying it wasn't, while the piece on the inside is kinda flimsy, don't judge it, it will do its job and do it well!

Easy Cleaning Litter box
Love, love, love this litter box! Super easy to clean, just roll and tap. We have crystal cat litter and it is not heavy at all. I could see it possibly being an issue if you had traditional clumpung litter. The hinges holding the bottom and top are metal and not plastic, heavy duty. Happy kitty, no issues transitioning from a regular box. Happy kitty owner.

Game Changer
This was a great product for the cost. It makes dealing with this daily chore ten times easier and you get nearly all of the benefits of the fancier litter boxes at a sixth of the cost.

Used to be great, now they’re junk
I don’t know what the heck happened to this companies quality control but these things are absolutely garbage now. A few years ago they were strong sturdy and reliable, our first one lasted more than 3 years. Since then we’ve gone through 3 since March. Cheap flimsy plastic, poor design changes, the latches don’t properly seal, and the price has almost doubled. Stay far away.
