I have used eye masks several years and had a couple that were really good. And then I tried this one - I was intrigued by the shape and reviews. My other masks also had contoured eye covers which were nice for my lashes and they kept the light out. But this mask excels in each area. It blocks the light so much that it has helped me sleep better and awaken surprised to see morning light. It definitely has a great shape for your eyes and this fabric is so soft and comfortable against my skin. With the strap it stays on well throughout the night. And did I mention how wonderful the fabric is against your skin? :) I got one for a grandchild that is very sensitive to fabrics and it has helped his sleep so much. This mask is such a winner!
