Way better than other, higher priced brands (think Wilton). My cakes bake more evenly and don’t have that middle hump so I’m not having to cut that before layering them up. I do love the crispy edges it produces so I leave the icing off the edge of my cakes for a more rustic look and a bit of crunch factor. I’ll probably replace my 9” and 10” with this same brand and style. Also the holes offer a place for the water to drain after washing. So far I’ve only hand washed these but they wash so quickly without scrubbing that it’s my preference so they’ll last longer.
